Hello everyone … a very important update (English & Spanish) here.

Outwith of rumour, supposition, and assumption in the wake of the Loja Ombudsman’s recent smackdown of COE Loja … I have been waiting for an official summary from our lawyer, Dr. Reyes … as to the shenanigans which have ensued during this time.

I received a summary email from Dr. Reyes yesterday, and we followed up with a Zoom meeting this morning … to further discuss things. I have summarised our interactions below.

1. After we coordinated the constitutional debriefing of the “Defensoria del Pueblo” (and they copied our constitutional legal arguments into their smackdown report against COE Loja) … COE Loja hurriedly had a couple of meetings in order to decide their “new” resolutions about Covid-19 vaccine public health policy.

2. Until Friday the 6th of August, there was no official response from them.

3. This week however, we again contacted COE Loja … and one of their members officially informed us that they have REVERSED their original resolutions regarding mandatory vaccine pressure and vaccine discrimination (in respect of the idea of implementing “vaccination-cards”).

4. Needless to say, COE Loja and the powers that be … have done EVERYTHING they possibly can (re media exposure) … to ensure the general public knows as little as possible about the HOW and the WHY of their being forced to backtrack on such an enormous issue. The reason, as WE all know … is because they had Constitutional Egg … all over their face.

5. So not only is the real truth NOT being reported, but as we saw with La Hora the other day, they are in maximum “spin-mode” … and are trying to get out of this mess … with the bare minimum of damage to their “credibility” (such as it is). “Face-saving” on steroids, basically.

6. In summation and quoting Dr. Reyes, “what you achieved with these legal actions and subsequent backdown by the authorities … is a GREAT Constitutional victory.”

7. At this point no further legal action is necessary here in Loja province, but we stand ready to assist with any other appropriate legal action … should it BECOME necessary. The authorities are obviously very much AWARE of this … and we believe it is a powerful deterrent.

8. Other provinces of Ecuador are also very much AWARE of our victory here in Loja … and have taken copies of the Loja Ombudsman’s report (complete with our Constitutional legal challenges included) … and will use them to mount their own defences against these kinds of vaccine-tyranny … should it become necessary.

9. During this time, the national Constitutional Court also ruled against the constitutionality of these matters (mandatory vax and vax-card-discrimination).

10. Accordingly, moving forward, it seems likely that the authorities (provincial or national) … will perhaps have less enthusiasm … for pressing forward with these kinds of measures.

So, in summary everyone … we won!

One can only hope that a media outlet somewhere, will write the truth of this matter up shortly … let’s wait and see.

Speaking of the website … I am in touch daily with the leaders of a variety of other groups with similar objectives to ours … around Ecuador. The website will continue to extend and amplify this fight at the national level … with our success here in Loja being used as a concrete example of how to fight the tyranny-machine … and win.

I think that’s about all for now.

So … “as you were, people” … we can tentatively resume our normal programming … and “breathe free” again … for the moment, anyway. LOL.

Hola a todos … una actualización muy importante (Inglés y Español) aquí.

Fuera de los rumores, suposiciones y suposiciones a raíz de la reciente bofetada del Defensor del Pueblo de Loja a COE Loja … He estado esperando un resumen oficial de nuestro abogado, el Dr. Reyes … en cuanto a los ofuscacións que se han producido durante este tiempo.

Recibí un correo electrónico de resumen del Dr. Reyes ayer, y seguimos con una reunión de Zoom esta mañana … para discutir más cosas. He resumido nuestras interacciones a continuación.

1. Después de que coordinamos el interrogatorio constitucional de la “Defensoría del Pueblo” (y ellos copiaron nuestros argumentos legales constitucionales en su informe de golpeo contra el COE Loja) … COE Loja se apresuró a tener un par de reuniones para decidir sus “nuevas” resoluciones sobre la política de salud pública de la vacuna Covid-19.
   
   
2. Hasta el viernes 6 de agosto no hubo respuesta oficial por su parte.
   
   
3. Esta semana, sin embargo, volvimos a ponernos en contacto con el COE Loja… y uno de sus miembros nos informó oficialmente de que han REVOCADO sus resoluciones originales sobre la presión vacunal obligatoria y la discriminación vacunal (respecto a la idea de implantar “tarjetas de vacunación”).
   
   
4. Ni que decir tiene que el COE de Loja y los poderes fácticos… han hecho todo lo posible (en cuanto a la exposición mediática)… para asegurarse de que el público en general sepa lo menos posible sobre el CÓMO y el PORQUÉ de que se hayan visto obligados a dar marcha atrás en un tema tan importante. La razón, como todos sabemos … es porque tenían el Huevo Constitucional … en toda su cara.
   
   
5. Así que no sólo no se informa de la verdad real, sino que, como vimos con La Hora el otro día, están en el máximo “modo de giro” … y están tratando de salir de este lío … con el mínimo daño a su “credibilidad” (tal como es). “Salvar la cara” con esteroides, básicamente.
   
   
6. En resumen y citando al Dr. Reyes, “lo que han conseguido con estas acciones legales y la posterior marcha atrás de las autoridades … es una GRAN victoria constitucional.”
   
   
7. En este momento no es necesario emprender más acciones legales aquí en la provincia de Loja, pero estamos dispuestos a colaborar con cualquier otra acción legal apropiada… si llegara a ser necesaria. Las autoridades son obviamente muy conscientes de esto … y creemos que es un poderoso elemento disuasorio.
   
   
8. Otras provincias de Ecuador también son muy conscientes de nuestra victoria aquí en Loja … y han tomado copias del informe del Defensor del Pueblo de Loja (completo con nuestros desafíos legales constitucionales incluidos) … y los utilizarán para montar sus propias defensas contra este tipo de vacunas-tiranías … si fuera necesario.
   
   
9. Durante este tiempo, el Tribunal Constitucional nacional también se pronunció en contra de la constitucionalidad de estos asuntos (vax obligatoria y vax-tarjeta-discriminación).
   
   
10. En consecuencia, de cara al futuro, parece probable que las autoridades (provinciales o nacionales) … quizás tengan menos entusiasmo … por seguir adelante con este tipo de medidas.
    

Así que, en resumen, todos… ¡hemos ganado!

Sólo cabe esperar que un medio de comunicación en algún lugar, escriba la verdad de este asunto en breve … vamos a esperar y ver.

Hablando de la página web … Estoy en contacto diariamente con los líderes de una variedad de otros grupos con objetivos similares a los nuestros … en todo el Ecuador. El sitio web continuará extendiendo y amplificando esta lucha a nivel nacional … con nuestro éxito aquí en Loja siendo utilizado como un ejemplo concreto de cómo luchar contra la tiranía-máquina … y ganar.
